Dieting alone without exercise may help you lose weight, but your missing out on an huge piece of the puzzle. If one is to better their chances at weight loss, one must add exercise. Equally, exercise alone may also help you lose weight but if your not watching what you eat, you are also missing out a big piece. Diet and exercise together seemingly make up more than 50% each. I say this because one of them by itself doesn’t seem to be half of the battle. You need them together to be more than twice as effective than any one of them by themselves. Some will even go as far as saying that adding in fda approved diet pills makes the weight loss come off even better. While this maybe true, you need a doctor’s prescription to use them because they are not just any ordinary diet pills but are actual prescription diet pills that are designed to help you lose weight. For most people, a doctor will not prescribe these because they are intended for people whose weight is so high that it has become a major obstacle in even being able to keep yourself healthy.
